Meet Caroline...

She will be attending Newberry College.
-
She will be majoring in nursing.
-
In high school she worked at the Summerville YMCA gymnastics Center. I have worked there for approximately two and a half years.
-
In high school she received an academic award during 2014-2015 and 2016-2017 school years as well as the Dean’s List at Trident Technical College for Summer 2015, Fall 2016, Summer and Fall 2017- Academic excellence.
-
After receiving her degree from Newberry College, she has considered on transferring to MUSC to specialize as a nurse practitioner. After school, she plans to get a job in Charleston and to just wait and see what else God has in store for her.
What this scholarship means to her?
“This scholarship is such a great opportunity and I am beyond grateful. I cannot wait to purse a higher level of education and to finally do what I have been dreaming of for years. This scholarship will help me obtain this goal, seeing that college is quite expensive. I would also like to thank this program for helping me build a better relationship with my father.”
